I am Alvin, an avid tea lover, cold shower enjoyer and a soft music head.
Currently, I'm building banking solutions for SMEs, that simplify banking and beyond banking, as a product designer at Axis Bank. Alongside, I contribute to projects involving the design system, research efforts, audits, and continuous feedback loops.
My design journey began with taking apart old toys to build curious little doohickeys - things that didn’t always work but always brought me joy. That love for making eventually led me to pursue industrial design during my B.Des degree at IIT Guwahati. Along the way, I stumbled upon a newfound love for understanding people and solving for their needs, eventually shifting my interest towards UX design.
What drives me is simple: solving real problems for real people. I value thoughtful design that improves everyday life.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors, at the gym, watching a good movie or documentary, or playing basketball and video games. I've recently started learning piano again and I'm also picking up Japanese with the help of a certain green owl. And when my budget allows, I love to travel too.
